The Omnicourt surface is conducive for long tennis matches. Enjoy swimming all year around even in winter with our heated pool. Our pool is just like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This building has research offices for the Faculty of Humanities staff and the LL classroom. This multipurpose building has a variety of practical rooms such as a piano practice room and a workshop, as well as laboratories for the Department of Child Education. Additionally, it is equipped with testing laboratories for the Department of Nutrition and Health Promotion, along with club rooms and a locker room. The Hiroshima Prefectual Sports Center is situated in the center of Hiroshima city,designed to blend in with the landscape of the lush park that surrounds it. Our night time lighting enables you to enjoy tennis even after dark.



We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was great. Located at the train station connected by a walk way, 広島　女性　ジム which was very easy with suitcases. The room was nice and one of the largest we had stayed in whilst in Japan.

At present, our Editorial Committee publishes the translated version of the Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription by the American College of Sports Medicine through Nankodo. However, we have not issued our own academic publications except for bulletins since our publication of “Sports Medicine ? Basics and Clinical Practices” in 1998, with Asakura Shoten. Nevertheless, we have accumulated an enormous amount of knowledge on health sciences related to exercise and sports.

We ate at the buffet twice for dinner and this was really nice. In addition, various classes and sessions for adults are conducted by professional staff to maintain enhanced health. This comprehensive sports and fitness club offers a wide range of opportunities to participants who can choose to exercise individually or enjoy playing team sports and partaking in group activities. The External Relations Committee of the Society pursues cooperation with other societies in clinical medicine. The Japanese Society of Physical Fitness and Sports Medicine is the only academic organization in Japan that promotes medical and scientific research for health maintenance and promotion through physical exercise.
